Special precautions
Do not use in case of pregnancy and in persons under 13 years of age. - As sorb tree buds have effects on blood flow, people on major anticoagulants should talk to the doctor.
- Valerian may contain valépotriates, recognized as cytotoxic, mutagenic and genotoxic, the valerian extract containing it is contraindicated in pregnant and lactating women.
- Vanilla with emmenagogues effects according to some sources and allergenic, it is contraindicated in pregnant women and in children and lactating women without medical advice.

Je ne sais pas si cela a un réel effet sur moi ou si c’est un effet placebo. Il y a tout de même un gros pourcentage d’alcool .... le goût n’est pas terrible mais ça passe. Spray facile à ranger dans un sac

J'ai pris le 15ml pour tester, dans une période où j'étais HS physiquement et psychologiquement.
En + bien sûr d'autres éléments (acupuncture fleurs de bach, cohérence cardiaque,... car j'estime que le symptômes ne doit pas juste être "effacé" mais plutôt écouté), ça m'a vraiment boostée et j'ai acheté la 50ml par la suite
